Mitzie Fisher's scope of work involving commercial interiors begins with analysis, programming, budgeting, and scheduling. The next phase of schematic design involves knowledgeable creativity, while focusing on function! We design with aesthetics, acoustics, technology, maintenance and longevity of products in mind.
Once a conceptual design is established, it will be carried forward with details, specifications and information necessary for the process of build out. Plans, color boards, mock ups, renderings, etc. will be presented and reviewed. Once plans are agreed upon, working drawings will then be prepared.
During the bidding phase, Mitzie offers expertise and knowledge to assist in analysis, negotiating, contracts, etc. when needed. We offer all or partial services as required to any job, large or small. Mitzie will manage a portion of the project or provide a complete turnkey service.
